Cooking Class

Discover how to prepare simple, flavorful, and nutritious meals with ease. These hands-on classes will teach you practical cooking techniques and delicious recipes to boost your confidence in the kitchen! Small group cooking classes (4 max) or individual specialized classes are offered.

About Savannah 

Savannah Cass is a registered dietitian since 2017, as well as a chef, yoga instructor, and the proud owner of Blissful Belly. I offer a holistic approach to health through functional nutrition, culinary expertise, and herbal medicine.

With a degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales and dietetics training from Tulane, I furthered my studies in Ayurvedic medicine in India and completed a two-year herbal program at David Winston’s Center for Herbal Studies. I also hold a Master’s in Functional Medicine and Human Nutrition from the University of Western States.

My approach integrates therapeutic cooking, and advanced testing like food sensitivity test and stool analysis to address gut health and overall well-being. My goal is to help you not just resolve symptoms, but truly thrive.
